Instructions for use: There are many ways:

Slice:

1) 50g of Ganoderma can be used for 10 people. Put 50g Ganoderma into the kettle with 1,000cc of water, boil for about 2~3 minutes then turn off the heat. Let it soak for 5 minutes, then cook for about 30 minutes over low heat. Boil until the water reduces to about 800cc, then we have the first water.

2) Boil water 2 and 3: After getting the first water, take the Ganoderma slice and use scissors to cut it into small pieces (about 1cm) then pour in the water and boil like when getting the first water. Mix the first water, water 2 and water 3 together to get 2,400 cc of Lingzhi water, then put in a jar and store in the refrigerator.

3) Usage: 240cc/day, 80~120cc/time. (Use 2~3 times/day).

4) After getting the water 3, take the Ganoderma residue and dry it, boil it for water 4 or use it for bathing, very good for skin and hair.

Drink as tea: Crush Ganoderma mushrooms into powder, wrap in a cloth bag and put in a kettle to drink like tea or put in a cup with boiling water for 5 minutes, then drink all the residue.

Soaking in wine: Dried Ganoderma mushrooms, left whole or sliced, soaked in wine for about 20 days. You should drink Ganoderma soaked wine in the evening, 1 to 2 cups a day.

Drink instead of water: Put thinly sliced Ganoderma in a thermos of hot water and leave for one hour, or leave the mushroom ears whole, boil for 10 minutes, then drink gradually throughout the day.

Cooking soup: Ganoderma mushrooms use water to cook meat soups or soups and use it as nutritious food for people who have just recovered from illness and the elderly.

Skin care: Crush Ganoderma mushrooms, mix with honey to make a skin care mask, Ganoderma residue can be boiled to make bath water for rosy skin.
